The prices listed below are for a single computer license and the product is distributed by internet download. It is highly recommended that you read the Frequently Asked Questions page before purchasing. Because of the nature of electronic media, all sales are final. No refunds.

Although we use Paypal as our payment service provider, having a Paypal account is optional. Upon checkout, you'll be taken to a Paypal screen. You may pay with either a Paypal account or a major credit card. To pay with Paypal, log in to your Paypal account and follow the instructions. To pay with a credit card, choose the "Don't have a Paypal account?" link on the left-hand side of the screen (it has credit card logos near it).  When your transaction is completed, a receipt for your purchase will be emailed to you from Paypal. If you have a Paypal account, you may log into your account at www.paypal.com/us to view details of the transaction.

After payment verification, a separate email from Grans Workroom will be sent to the same email used for the Paypal transaction. The email will contain license key and download information. This process generally takes less than 48 hours (sometimes only seconds). However, if you have paid with a Paypal eCheck, in which there is no active credit card on file, it may take up to 4 business days for Paypal to clear the eCheck. You will receive your license key email automatically when the eCheck funds clear.

The License Key email from Grans Workroom may sometimes get routed to your email's SPAM folder, so please check there if you have not received it within 48 hours or 4 business days, in the case of an unbacked eCheck. If you still have not received the License Key email after this time, please contact us to inquire.  But remember, if your License Key email went to your SPAM folder, then our response to your inquiry may also go there.  It's very important to check your SPAM folder if you have not received a response from us within a reasonable amount of time.
