NOTE: If you have purchased the Embroidery Deduper from us and have not received your license key, please check your email's SPAM / Junk folder. In almost all cases, if you don't see the license key email in your normal Inbox within one hour, the license key email was routed to the SPAM folder.

Please ensure that your email program is set up to accept emails from info@gransworkroom.com and licensing@gransworkroom.com. If it isn't, then it is possible that our response to you may get routed to your email's SPAM folder. If you don't receive a response from us within a reasonable time, please check your SPAM folder. We normally respond to emails within 24 hours, but it may be longer in unusual circumstances.
